www.ilearnforum.com is an online learning platform that provides access to Southeast Asian studies modules and interdisciplinary management-related learning materials. The website includes the following main pages: Home, About Us, Online Modules, ThinkAloud, and Contact Us.

2. Website Pages

Home: The Home page introduces the four Southeast Asian study areas and three management-related fields that are the focus of iLearnforum. It also includes module highlights, the latest news, and short commentaries under ThinkAloud.

About Us: The About Us page explains what iLearnforum offers and provides background information about the ideas and people behind the platform. It includes a pull-down subsection called List of Contributors, which features information about teachers, technicians, and work teams.

Online Modules: The Online Modules page is the main location for module information. It has two pull-down subsections: Description of Areas and List of Modules. Description of Areas explains the four Southeast Asian study areas, the three interdisciplinary management fields, and how the modules are organized. List of Modules provides the full list of available and upcoming modules.

ThinkAloud: The ThinkAloud page includes operational updates such as launch messages, yearly module schedules, information guidelines, technical guidelines, news commentaries, short reflections, and longer analytical essays related to iLearnforum’s areas of focus.

3. Registration and Login

3.1 Registering for an Account

1. Go to www.ilearnforum.com.
2. Click Register in the upper-right corner of the Home page.
3. Enter your email address and create a password that meets the listed requirements.
4. Check your email for an automatic confirmation message.
5. Follow the confirmation instructions in the email to complete your registration.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, your registration may not have been completed by the system. Try registering again. If the issue continues, contact contact.ilearnforum@gmail.com.

3.2 Logging In

1. Click Log In in the upper-right corner of the Home page.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Confirm that your email address appears in the upper-right corner of the page.

Visitors can view module pages and download module syllabi. However, only registered users can purchase modules and access the My Learning page.

4. Resetting Your Password

If you need to reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Click Log In in the upper-right corner of the Home page.
2. Click Forgot Password.
3. Enter your registered email address.
4. Check your email for the password reset message.
5. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

If the password reset process does not work, email contact.ilearnforum@gmail.com for assistance.

5. Finding Modules

You can find module information in three places: the Highlights section on the Home page, the full module view after clicking All on the Home page, and the List of Modules subsection under Online Modules. Modules are arranged according to their start dates.

To view details about a specific module, click Learn More. The module page may include a short description, an uploaded module outline or syllabus, excerpt clips when available, and the module fee.

6. Purchase and Payment

iLearnforum offers both paid modules and free modules. Fees may be listed in USD, Thai Baht, or Vietnamese Dong.

6.1 Enrolling in a Free Module

1. Click Buy Now on the module page.
2. Select the fee amount shown as 0 or marked as free.
3. You will be directed to My Learning, where the module will appear in your learning space.
4. Click Go to Module to access the module.

6.2 Purchasing a Paid Module

1. Click Buy Now on the module page.
2. Proceed to the payment page and review the payment instructions.
3. Email contact.ilearnforum@gmail.com to request bank transfer details for the appropriate currency.
4. Make the payment.
5. Upload the payment slip on the payment page and click Send.

After your payment slip is reviewed, you will receive an email confirming whether your enrollment has been approved. If your submission is rejected, you will be notified by email and asked to resubmit the required information.

Once your payment is approved, click your email address in the upper-right corner of the page, open the menu, and select My Learning. The module you purchased will appear in your learning space with a Go to Module button.

7. My Learning Page

The My Learning page is your personal learning space. It lists the modules you have enrolled in or purchased. Additional guidance on using My Learning will be provided during the welcome and introduction week.

8. Privacy Policy

The website administrator collects participant information, including first and last names, email addresses, courses taken, and completion status. This information is used to assess student participation and commitment. It will not be used for other purposes.

Instructors may contact class participants by email if technical issues prevent communication through the online platform.
